No Brasil, a Lei 9.610/98 (art.
É proibido no Cuttiz:
reenviar obra inteira, ou quase inteira, sem comentário seu;
montar compilações de conteúdo alheio sem transformação;
usar conteúdo pago, privado ou vazado (cursos, transmissões pagas, material não publicado);

Reactions are welcome when the heart of the video is your commentary, criticism or transformation of the work.
Re-uploading someone else's whole work without your own commentary is not a reaction and is not allowed.
Rights holders: send a notice through the channel below and we will remove or disable the material.
Acceptable use for reactions
Commenting on, criticizing, analyzing and parodying other people's works is an old tradition, and the law protects part of it. In Brazil, Law 9,610/98 (art. 46, III and VIII) allows quoting excerpts for criticism or study, to the extent justified, with credit. In the United States, fair use (17 U.S.C. 107) is decided case by case. Neither is an automatic license. To keep your reaction on the right side:
Use only the part your commentary needs.
Make your commentary the main part of the video, not a detail on top of the work.
Credit the author and the source.
Do not let your video replace the original for people who want to watch the work.
When in doubt, ask the rights holder for permission. It is the safest path.
Not allowed on Cuttiz:
re-uploading a whole work, or nearly all of it, without your own commentary;
compilations of other people's content without transformation;
using paid, private or leaked content (courses, paid streams, unpublished material);
removing a watermark, credit or technical protection from the original work.
How Cuttiz handles third-party works
While you record, the video you react to plays on your device and goes into the take together with you. Cuttiz publishes nothing on your behalf and has no public profile or feed. Today anyone who has the link to a video file can open that file. If a separate copy of a third-party work ever reaches our servers, it stays until you delete the item or the account, and it is removed when we receive a valid notice.
Infringement notice
If you own a copyright (or represent the owner) and believe material on Cuttiz infringes it, send a notice with these six elements (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)):
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or, for multiple works, a representative list).
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example the link, the account email or the upload date).
Your contact information: name, address, phone number and email.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Send notices and counter-notices through the form below, choosing "Copyright".
When we receive a complete notice, we promptly remove or disable the material and inform the account responsible, with a copy of the notice. Cuttiz publishes nothing for anyone: if the content was published on another network, notify that network too. Knowingly false notices can create liability for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with these elements (17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3)):
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Cuttiz may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
An account that receives 3 valid copyright notices within 12 months is terminated. Serious violations can end an account the first time. The full rule is in the Terms of Use.
Report content
Use this channel for copyright and for any other problem: child abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, or misuse of your likeness. We review every report and remove what breaks the Terms or the law.
If it is child sexual abuse material, also report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline (United States) or SaferNet (Brazil). Do not send the material to us.
